For College Students
We're looking for college students who are interested in a part time, remote job. We think it's one of the best jobs that doesn't require a college degree, because well, we need you to be in college! No previous experience is required.
Simply put, we need college students who like helping other college students. We love working with college students because they know our community the best.
What you'll be doing as a
Campus Manager
- Walk thru the only Greek apparel Design Studio with potential customers either in-person or virtually
- Prospecting for new customers across different campus organizations
- Stay informed of events/order opportunities happening 6-8 weeks in advance
- Educate leaders across campus on South By Sea's products and promotions
- Present design & product examples to potential customers to generate new business

This is one of the best college jobs because the hours worked are flexible and 100% up to you as we know how class schedules can change per semester or even quarterly.
Most of our Campus Managers see success with working about 5-10 hours per week.

My position as a Campus Manager has allowed me to create connections that will last a lifetime. I also have learned many marketing and general sales skills from being a CM. South By Sea has given me a fun voice on my campus! I love seeing students walking around in the gear I have helped them make!
South by Sea is more than just a company. It's a team. Being a Campus Manager has taught me to be a good leader and a good teammate. Everyone on the team has each others back and beyond that, we value our customers even more by always putting them first and doing anything everything we can to assure their satisfaction.
I became a South By Sea Campus Manager going into my junior year! I love working for SXS because it allows me to be creative and form new connections on my campus! I feel so much pride when I see someone walking on campus in one of my designs! I love the supportive team, everyone from the President to my fellow CM's are always cheering me on. I couldn't be more thankful for the experiences SXS has presented me!!!
While I was nervous at first, everyone at South by Sea was so supportive and guided me to the campus manager I am today. Words cannot describe how much I have grown within myself and my own confidence. I have had so many opportunities through South by Sea, specifically speaking at our annual CM fest. Seeing that the work I do never goes unacknowledged is so great and it makes me love my job even more! I am so thankful that I decided to apply on a whim one day, it truly changed my college experience for the better!
